I just finished up a round of illustrations for a chapter book I'm working on. Last year I illustrated the first book in the Giggleheart Adventures series; this one is the second.The author, Jackie Cogswell, is an awesome follower of Christ who desires to open the eyes of young readers to God's truth and his Word through her books. So far we've had a modern relationship -- our only communication through phone, email and Facebook. But tomorrow that will change. Bob, the boys and I are meeting the author and her family, in-person for the first time, at their place. I love getting to know clients on a more personal level. Especially ones with whom you share common ground.
